1987 ford bronco fuel injected?

how many parts are on this truck that has to throw off a spark to get this truck to start if that makes any scence the ignition coil and ditributer is getting power but no spark i was driving it down the road and heard a little pop all the suddon my truck died it will turn over but wont start
