What is your favorite Mexican or Tex-Mex food?

i would probably say chicken (cooked in chile verde salsa) tamales with the same chile verde salsa on top!.....i said that since my mom's annual tamale-making party is in a couple months! (i'm dying to eat them!)....i also like carne guisada with flour tortillas and fideo! (or rice!) [but i hate it from mexican resturants!....my mom (and family in general) cook the best! not crappy tex mex! :p hahaha!
