Should we sterilise chavs with a low i.q.?

iam 38 now and have had the same job for nearly 20 years i smashed my leg up in an accident last year and cant return to work at the moment.............. iam skint!! if i lived in a council house on benefits with 10 kids i would be quids in.... i cant afford to go on the piss all day smoke like a chimney & breed staffordshire bull terriers the s make me sick cull em all!!!
