Should the power to make marijuana laws be reserved to the states or delegated to the federal government?

Well, I personally hope that it happens in my lifetime, but if so, I would want the Federal government to just say it is legal everywhere. Oklahomans would rather die than legalize it themselves. This is where I live and it wouldn't happen unless forced....
