This girl wants to hook up, but I'm not feeling her?

I'd block her. You don't owe her anything. She sounds insecure and then puffs out like a rooster to overcompensate. I'm not saying this because she's gay. If it were a guy, girl, transual, whatever. Being a jerk is a turn off and you have every right to tell her she's being insensitive. If someone puts you down that is sooo not attractive. You could try being honest and explain this to her, but in the end I'd still keep my distance.
