Question concerning pro-choice?

Okay so individuals who are pro-choice support the woman and the belief that since it is her body she has the right to determine what happens to it when she is pregnant. Wouldn't that mean though that it would be technically morally okay for her to smoke and drink while she was pregnant? I mean, its HER body, therefore if she wants to smoke and drink then it should be okay. I mean, if the unborn child's desires aren't considered in cases of abortion, then it would likewise not be considered when it comes to a woman's choice on what she does during pregnancy right? It would still not count as a life.
