LG Bliss touch screen messed?

Okay so I've had this phone since September 2010, and it's been fairly good to me, occasionally the screen would freeze but I'd end up getting it to work again. So a couple weeks ago, I noticed when I'd touch a certain thing it was off a bit so I calibrated, then it was okay, but a couple hours later it was doing it again but wasn't letting me touch any of the bottom half of the phone. And it's been getting worse, now it won't even calibrate properly on bottom half, and it's extremley hard to text without making a million typos. It has got a tiny bit wet from rain a couple times, but i'm not sure if that would be enough to mess up whole screen? Please help :0
