I have some redness on my uretrha and some bumps on my but no pus and it burns every now and then?

OK so I have been steadily seeing this girl for about three months now and we have always had unprotected . Everything was always fine up until recently when she was stating to dry up while we we're having and it began to irritate my so we stopped. The next day there was some pain on the part of the that was being irritated. Then in kind of turned into a line of bump but there wasn't any pus. It burns to pee every now and then but not every time and there is a little redness just under my urethra. I do plan on consulting a doctor soon but I want to see if anyone else has had this problem and can ease my mind. The woman I am with, however, is in perfect health and hasn't had any of the problems that I have been having at all.
