Does rahul gandhi work?

has rahul gandhi took any serious position of responsibility which affects general people, rather than his party??? it is easier to make up plan but harder to implement it. and please don't tell me that he is Youth icon , spend time with dalit or travelled by train. tell me something he really did to change the lives of people, but not for some handful of people.
