Celebs getting appearance fee's for charities?

We are all disillusioned with charities, no matter what we give only 10 to 15 % goes to the charity itself. It's revolting, if we give say a tenner to BHF by purchasing Christmas cards,they only get �1-�1.50. Animal charities get on average 80% of donations.Something should be done.
